Johnny’s Tree Service is a fully licensed and experienced Arborist. We have maintained contracts with several municipalities for preventative tree maintenance, trimming, stump grinding, lot clearing, and emergency service.

SINCE 1947
Johnny's Tree Service was started in 1947 by Johnny Burke in Vandercook Lake off of Oak Lane. Since that time Johnny's Tree Service has served the local area with the most experienced staff and the most up-to-date equipment on the market.
After Johnny's passing in 1986 the business was purchased by Gregory Smith, a Vandercook Lake graduate and also from Jackson. Shortly thereafter we moved to 1245 Falahee Road in the Michigan Center area while continuing to expand and improve on what we do everyday.
Since 2005 ISA Certified Arborist, Cameron Smith, has operated Johnny's Tree Service continuing on with the tradition of family owned and operated. With our current fleet of over 22 pieces of equipment and a full-time staff of 16 people we are the best choice for quality locally owned tree service.
